Job Description
Responsible for front desk duties, including answering phones, directing calls, processing payments, and providing receipts. Handles online payments for insurance and patients, and prepares daily bank deposits. Manages mail distribution for the Business Office and Financial Services Offices, delivering mail to the post office daily and performing miscellaneous errands. Also responsible for billing clean claims to assigned insurance companies and addressing any claim rejections or denials received.
