Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, Powerchart Office in Cerner and paging thru Outlook following front office protocols.Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience :
One (1) year work experience in the medical front office setting; One (1) year experience with multi-phone system; Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
