We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the first welcoming face our patients see when they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with registration paperwork Answer multi-line phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, and confirm reminders Verify and collect co-pays/balances at the time of visit Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EMR system Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Prior medical office or receptionist experience
REQUIRED
Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and EMR systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability are a must High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training is a plus Prior experience with OMMA portal submissions is A PLUS!
