Medical Scheduler / Front Desk

System One is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Scheduler / Front Desk Receptionist for a busy healthcare client in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused team in a professional medical office environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM•3:00

PM Pay:

$17•19/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries Check patients in and out for appointments Verify demographic and insurance information Maintain accurate patient records and provide general administrative support

Qualifications:

Previous medical scheduling, medical reception, or front desk experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office If you enjoy helping patients and thrive in a healthcare setting, apply today!
