We see patients both in our offices or in the comfort of their own homes. We have multiple representatives who travel around to fit patients in a variety of settings. We are currently looking to hire a scheduler for two of our representatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Contacting our yearly patients to schedule either in-office or in-home fittings and deliveries.
  • Contacting new patients from incoming referrals.
  • Assisting in rescheduling and canceling appointments if needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft word. Able to clearly communicate over the phone. Must be patient and understanding with our older patient demographic.
