Job responsibilities would include answering phones, scheduling clients, checking clients in the office, handling co-pays, and verifying insurance information. Additional tasks would include data entry of demographic and insurance information, scanning information into patient charts, preparing test data sheets and sending out correspondence. We are looking for a person who is energetic with very good customer service skills, detail oriented and the ability to problem solve. Benefit package would be dependent on percentage of employment status . Minimum requirements include 2 years experience as a receptionist working in a medical/mental health office. Computer skills are a requirement.
