  • $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Medical office experience Medical scheduling High school diploma or GED Medical administrative support Patient interaction Full Job Description Salem Pain & Spine Specialists is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the following attributes:•Strong customer service experience in a medical office•Efficient medical insurance verification•Accuracy in data entry•Ability to work well in a fast pace environment•Technical experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)•Modernizing Medicine Preferred•Provide a welcoming and calming atmosphere for patients and visitors•High school diploma or equivalent required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Checking in patients
  • Answering phones
  • Sending/receiving faxes
  • Document scanning
  • Scheduling appointments Advancement opportunities available.
