We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding patient care, excellent customer service and also has the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure. We are looking to fill the position 3 days a week from 9am-6pm. This position requires proper etiquette, attention to detail, professional appearance and punctuality.
Job responsibilities include:
Performing preliminary testing on patients Contact lens dispensing and training on insertion & removal Patient check in/check out Answering phones Scheduling appointments Verifying and understanding insurance benefits Patient data entry Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask Sales Excellent customer service skills Team player Self motivator
