You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, are able to plan like a chess champion, have unreasonable optimism, are part air traffic controller, part Harry Potter with magic creativity, have Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes. The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room.

Your favorite book is:

"Eat, love, pray, and create spreadsheets." You will be the patient's first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else they may need. You will help manage the office and take care of the business side of things, including and insurance benefits check and billing support. Supporting the team on marketing, social media and more. We cross-train our staff to help with patient care and office duties. Caring, compassion and deep patience required. Medical assisting skills are helpful. We need someone to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday/Sundays (we have marketing events throughout the summer on weekends and the clinic Saturdays in the fall and winter will be needed.) We have some events that we do that might be outside of these hours, many of our staff work on projects outside of work, given your skills or willingness to learn that we can put you to work on.
