As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments and procedures following clinic protocols Register new patients and update insurance and demographic information Obtain, scan, and upload required forms, insurance cards, and identification Capture patient photos when needed for chart accuracy Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals Prepare charts and review EMR records for upcoming visits Greet patients, collect co‑pays and out‑of‑pocket payments, and issue receipts Ensure accurate posting of all payments Qualifications & Skills 1+ year of recent office or customer service experience Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
