Utilize Electronic Health Records to manage patient information effectively. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations within the medical office. Skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective patient interaction. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records management a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills to enhance patient experience. Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic health records. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
