Must be self-motivated, outgoing and reliable with a positive attitude. Duties include answering phones, greeting and dismissing patients, insurance verification and processing. Resolving billing matters and discussing co-pays with patients and scheduling. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.

Requirements:

Knowledge in processing dental claims, resubmitting claims and resolving insurance issues Experience in scheduling and being able to maintain a full schedule.
