Job Description

Lead Dental Receptionist - Pediatric Office (High-Performing Team) Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry | East Norriton, PA At Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry, our front desk is the engine of the practice—not just a check-in station. We're a fast-paced, highly organized pediatric office that runs on structure, accountability, and strong communication. We're looking for a confident, experienced dental receptionist who can take ownership of the schedule, keep the day flowing, and handle a busy environment without getting overwhelmed. This is not an entry-level role . We're looking for someone who already knows how to run a dental front desk—and wants to do it at a high level. Compensation $23-$27/hr + monthly performance bonuses (based on schedule efficiency, reliability, and team performance) Pay is based on experience and ability to perform independently. What You'll Own Managing a high-volume, multi-provider schedule with minimal gaps Proactively confirming appointments and reducing no-shows Handling phones with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth Verifying insurance accurately and confidently Supporting patient accounts and collections when needed Keeping the front desk structured, clean, and on track at all times Communicating clearly with both parents and the clinical team What We Expect Minimum 2+ years dental front desk experience (required) Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling strategy Ability to stay calm, fast, and organized under pressure High level of accountability—shows up, follows through, and takes ownership Clear, confident communication with both families and team members Spanish-speaking is a plus If you need constant direction or struggle in a fast-paced setting, this won't be the right fit.
