Looking for 20-25 hours. We have two locations that are rapidly growing, so there is room for growth in the future, if desired. Candidiate would be required to work at both locations as needed. We are looking for someone not currently in school and sees themselves being with us for several years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling appointments, to communication with therapists, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include answering phone calls with a positive attitude and great customer service, having an energetic work ethic, processing payments, completing patient registration, scheduling patient visits, scanning documents, assisting with insurance verification and authorizations, and calling doctor's offices for reports, etc. Insurance verification or prior front desk at a medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who plans to be with us long term! Qualifications include being good with patient relations, having excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possessing the ability to multitask while staying organized and friendly.
