We're looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Specialist to be the welcoming face of our practice. What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations We offer a comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k plan with employer contribution Company paid Life, short term and long-term disability Generous Paid Time Off Paid holidays plus two floating holidays per year Voluntary benefits including pet insurance! What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 + years of medical office experience Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone etiquette Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bon us)
