Role:
Join as a Medical Front Desk professional, where you will be the welcoming face of our healthcare team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting our mission to deliver compassionate care to our community.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for healthcare providers. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and appointments. Collect and verify patient information and insurance details. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a medical front desk or administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor. Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
