Medical Receptionist / Front Desk - Full Time Pottsville

Medical Receptionist /

Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and verify insurance information and any other necessary data
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel
Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
Abides to all HIPPA requirements
Maintains office supplies inventory
Any other necessary duties deemed appropriate efficiency with patients

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with a warm disposition and willingness to help others
Administrative writing skills
Must be organized and professional while respecting the patients' rights to privacy
Flexible and willing to help in all other areas

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
