Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at Orthopaedic Associates of Reading. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Complete details of patient appointment upon check out Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route messages Verify patient information and insurance coverage, collect copays Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing patient records. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
