Job Description

Our ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, patient-focused, and understands that the front office is the heartbeat of a successful dental practice. Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and the dental team. Comfortable explaining insurance benefits and financial information. Willing to jump in wherever needed to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Must understand dental PPO plans, eligibility verification, breakdowns, claim submission, follow-ups, and reducing denials. Experience working with insurance portals/websites is essential.

Stays calm under pressure and can think critically when unexpected situations arise Builds trust with patients and always puts their comfort and experience first.

REQUIRED
Problem-Solver Patient scheduling and appointment management Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns PPO claim submission and follow-up Treatment plan coordination and financial discussions Answering phones and assisting patient Qualifications Previous dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of Dental PPO insurance systems and websites Experience with any dental software preferred (SoftDent ) Professional, dependable, and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment must have transportation must work the hours we need Able to figure out a co-payment Able to Add a treatment plan and present it to a patient.
