Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist — Sewickley Busy dental practice located in the heart of Sewickley is seeking a dependable, hardworking front desk team member to help grow our practice. If you are an energetic, outgoing team player and want to make a difference in our patients' lives this is a great opportunity. This position will require you be able to answer a multi-line telephone, multitask, and be open to learning new things. In addition, the job responsibilities include the following: Opening and closing of the office Answering phones Greeting patients, check in and check out Scheduling and confirming appointments Discussing and collecting copayments Verifying dental insurance Answering billing inquires Managing the recall system Calling patients to schedule appointments Calling open treatment plan reports Preforming chart audits Other tasks as needed for the practice Dental experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Dental assistants are encouraged to apply. 32-38 hours a week 401K
