Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless scheduling processes that enhance patient experience and clinic operations. Your organizational skills and familiarity with medical administrative support will help maintain accurate records, optimize provider schedules, and uphold the highest standards of patient service. Responsibilities Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone or electronic communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Coordinate appointment times with patients, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and provider availability while accommodating urgent or special requests. Support front desk operations by managing multi-lines. Make follow up calls to new leads. Confirm appointments. Use the CRM to review lead details and any update statuses. Requirements Proven experience in medical scheduling or medical administrative support within a healthcare setting, including clinic or dental office experience. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
