Edprogia Health and Psychiatry is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Front Desk & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications. Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, therapy practices, primary care offices, and community organizations. Conduct outreach to referral sources and help expand our client network. Follow up with potential clients and referral partners. Represent the practice professionally in the community and at networking events. Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatry, or medical office settings preferred. Strong outreach, marketing, or business development experience. Ability to build relationships with hospitals, therapists, social workers, and community providers. Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and phone etiquette. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
