Position Purpose Provide essential front-office support to both patients and providers, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient daily operation. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and manage check-in processes Collect co-pays, deductibles, and applicable administrative fees Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information Verify and update insurance/member ID cards Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and manage appointments Post and track payments accurately Clearly communicate financial responsibilities prior to services Assist with additional administrative and office tasks as needed What We're Looking For Basic office experience (scheduling, phones, typing, documentation) preferred but not required Strong customer service skills and professional communication A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations (or willingness to learn) Why Join Us?
