  • Carolina Foot Centers Carolina Foot Centers is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our growing podiatry practice.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. This position is ideal for an individual who is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and kindness Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments Verify insurance information and collect copays Manage patient charts, intake forms, and documentation Communicate clearly with providers and staff regarding patient needs Maintain a clean, organized, and positive front office environment Assist with referrals, authorizations, and general office tasks Help create an excellent patient experience for every visitor Qualifications Previous medical receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work well with a team and remain calm under pressure Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We Value At Carolina Foot Centers, we believe in treating patients and staff with respect, compassion, and integrity.
