Full Time OR Part Time Dental Front Desk. We are seeking an enthusiastic, results focused, team-oriented and motivated individual, with excellent communication and customer service skills Great Salary based on experience. Additional Bonus based on performance !!! Position with benefits
Duties Provide Excellent Customer Service :
: Handle Patient Phone Calls, Greet Patients with a smile
Patient Schedule Management :
: Schedule appointments, Confirm and follow-up on future or missed appointments Check patients in and out :: Collect medical/insurance information, Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
Treatment Coordination :
: Plan Treatment, Present Treatment, Present payment options, Answer questions and ensure treatment is accepted
Insurance Benefits Management :
: Verify insurance benefits, Obtain Pre-authorizations Skills Proven experience in dental office or clinic environments with strong knowledge of dental terminology and billing procedures. Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred) OR any other dental practice management software is must 2-3 years' experience working in a Dental Office 2-3 years' experience working as

From $23.00 per hour
