Front Desk Check-Out

Job Summary Our busy dermatology practice is seeking a reliable, professional, and energetic Check-Out Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, works well under pressure, and enjoys providing excellent patient service. We are a high-volume office seeing approximately 150 patients daily, so strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential. Qualifications Previous medical office experience preferred Knowledge of medical insurance, copays, deductibles, and referrals required Dermatology experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must work well under pressure and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Responsibilities Check patients out after appointments in an efficient and friendly manner Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures Verify and update insurance information Collect copays, balances, and process payments Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to maintain patient flow Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system Handle high call and patient volumes professionally and calmly Cross-train to check-in and other front desk duties. Monday-Friday Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
