Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check patients in and out of their appointments with professionalism and care
  • Manage and direct multiple phone lines, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and assist with appointment management
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of patient information
  • Provide support to the medical team and ensure a smooth workflow in the office
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
