What You'll Do Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones with exceptional phone etiquette and patient care Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Verify patient information and assist with administrative tasks Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances professionally and compassionately Assist patients with general insurance-related questions and help them navigate the check-in process with confidence Communicate effectively with the provider, staff and patients Maintain a calm, organized and welcoming front office environment Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient medical office setting Working knowledge of health insurance, copays, deductibles, and patient financial responsibilities Comfortable discussing insurance-related questions with patients in a friendly and professional manner Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus Willingness and ability to learn new electronic health record systems Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with our practice Why Join Our Team?
