Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist (Multi-Location)

Veinology Health - Hendersonville, TN & Springfield, TN Full-Time | $18-$22/hr DOE Veinology Health, a premier vein and vascular practice led by Dr. Mark S. Sanders, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. This position requires flexibility to work across both our Hendersonville and Springfield offices and provide a high level of patient service in a specialty vascular practice. Schedule & Location Full-time, Monday-Friday Split coverage between Hendersonville and Springfield offices Weekly travel between locations required (schedule provided in advance) Reliable transportation is required Occasional adjustments based on clinic and provider scheduling needs Key Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage across both locations Patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and registration Insurance verification and prior authorizations (required) EMR management including scheduling and documentation Answer multi-line phones and assist patient inquiries Collect co-pays and maintain accurate front desk workflow Deliver a professional, welcoming patient experience Qualifications 1-2+ years experience as a medical receptionist or front desk coordinator (vascular or specialty clinic preferred) Strong experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations required EMR proficiency required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel between offices reliably Professional, patient-focused demeanor Why Join Veinology Health?
