Job Description

Receptionist - Full-Time We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient accounts Collect copays and assist with account balance inquiries Perform general administrative and front desk duties Maintain flexibility to support multiple locations as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and telephone etiquette Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment How to
