Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Dental Front Office Coordinator! You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointments, handle insurance verifications, and support the administrative functions to help keep our office running seamlessly. Responsibilities Greet, check in and check out patients Schedule appointments efficiently using Dentrix Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing Manage patient records, including filing and maintaining HIPAA compliance Answer phones with professionalism, providing clear communication and scheduling support Support clinic operations by managing appointment reminders and coordinating patient intake processes Requirements 2 YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proficient in Dentrix and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of insurance processes Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We welcome energetic and motivated professionals who are able to provide outstanding patient service while supporting the administrative backbone of our practice. Your expertise will help us create a welcoming space where patients feel welcomed from their first call to their final appointment.

From $20.00 per hour
