Job Description

Our practice is continuing to grow, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. At Elite Endodontics, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing exceptional patient care. Duties & Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-treatment information when necessary Collect patient payments and discuss financial policies Check patients in and out efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information Communicate with referring dental offices regarding referrals, records, and treatment reports Process incoming referrals and ensure all necessary documentation is received Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and treatment-related questions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support the clinical and administrative teams as needed Handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable learning and using dental practice management software Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
