If you're friendly, outgoing, and motivated—and have experience in front office or customer service roles—we'd love to meet you. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional environment.
Location:
Nashville offices, Southern Hills and Midtown Position Summary We're seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to support our Nashville offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth front desk experience.
Paperwork & Data Entry:
Assist patients with completing paperwork and ensure accurate entry into the system.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and medical assistants, relaying messages and information as needed.
Payment Processing:
Access patient accounts, collect payments, and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
Documentation & Filing:
Send consult and office notes to referring providers. Call/schedule appointments with referrals. Scan and file all relevant documents (e.g., ABNs, patient forms, DME forms).
End-of-Day Procedures:
Complete closing tasks to prepare the office for the following day.
Travel:
Provide coverage at other office locations as needed. Qualification Familiarity with billing and reimbursement procedures. Experience resolving insurance disputes and denials is a plus. 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred). Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
