In this vital role, you will manage front-desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth flow of administrative tasks within a busy medical environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the clinical team with essential administrative support. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to quality patient care through efficient front desk administration. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using medical scheduling software Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing inquiries appropriately and providing information about services Maintain organized patient records, update electronic health records (EHR), and manage documentation with precision Assist with billing processes, including processing payments and explaining insurance procedures to patients Support clinical staff with administrative tasks such as preparing forms, managing supplies, and coordinating referrals Qualifications Proven experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical administrative procedures Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and attentive to patient needs Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and medical scheduling systems Prior experience in dental or general medical offices is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents make a meaningful difference in patient experiences.
