The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all front office functions while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. The Front Office Coordinator ensures that every patient, parent, and guardian receives a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental office environment with direct customer service is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Customer service focused with a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, team members, and management. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs. Ability to travel between multiple practice locations as needed.
