Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and possess knowledge of medical terminology and vital signs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules
- Document medication administration and resident responses
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to medical staff
- Maintain accurate medical records
Skills:
- Experience in senior care
- Knowledge of dementia care and acute care
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Understanding of medical office procedures
- Proficiency in managing medical records
