Day Shift | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00pWhat You Will Do:
Execute High-Touch Patient Concierge Services by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring every patient and visitor is greeted and checked in/out with professional excellence. Master Revenue Cycle Front-End Operations by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications to ensure seamless claim processing and reimbursement. Orchestrate Clinical Scheduling & Documentation by managing patient appointments, confirming schedules, and processing medical record release requests with strict adherence to privacy protocols. Drive Financial Accuracy & Daily Reconciliation by entering and auditing patient procedure charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling daily reports and deposits for 100% accuracy. Maintain Data Integrity by meticulously capturing and verifying patient demographic information within the EHR system. Provide Multidimensional Administrative Support to the clinical team, ensuring the front office operates with peak efficiency and organizational flow.What You Will Need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.Additional Preferences:
Medical Office Savvy:
Demonstrated experience in a medical setting, with a strong understanding of insurance verification and patient privacy (HIPAA)Technical Proficiency:
Experience with medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR)Exceptional Interpersonal Etiquette:
