Job Description

Burst Dental + Kids is a privately-owned, family-run business that has been providing high quality, compassionate dental services to our community. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our patients and to provide an excellent experience for every guest who visits our clinic. We offer an amazing support system, with a wonderful team. You will have lots of support here from a team that has been growing and building each other up. We are and dynamic and flexible office willing to work with the right candidate.
Job Description:
Greet patients and answer phones in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner. Schedule patients' appointments, check patients in & out, collect payments, and maintain patient records in a timely manner Maintain patient files and medical records in an accurate and up-to-date manner. Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area including but not limited to patient rooms, bathrooms, closets etc Perform other duties as assigned
Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
