• Full-time We are currently looking for a full-time medical receptionist at our Fairfield location, which is located at 27700 Northwest Freeway.

Candidates must be able to maintain full time hours Monday through Friday for at least 12 consecutive months, as well as Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We do not offer summer, part time, or flexible schedules. In this role, you will: Greet patients and caregivers in person and over the phone Schedule appointments Create telephone encounters for providers Verify insurance coverage Check patients in and out Collect copays Process documents Support the overall flow of the front office Our receptionists manage both in person and over the phone interactions with patients and families while helping maintain an efficient and welcoming front office environment.
