We offer an outstanding benefits package along with a positive team and work environment. Responsibilities Assist with answering incoming patient phone calls. Greet patients at check- in or check-out. Collect copays, coinsurance, deductible, and patient balances. Schedule follow-up appointments. Scan documents in charts accurately and consistently.
Requirements:
Experience at a healthcare facility in a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk role preferred. Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills. Ability to navigate through EMR systems with ease and speed.
