Medical Receptionist Dallas Family Psychiatry Dallas, TX Job Details Contract $17 - $20 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Interpersonal skills English Attention to detail Office management Full Job Description Dallas Family Psychiatry is seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This position is fully in-person and will support the daily operations of a busy outpatient psychiatric practice.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist patients in English and Spanish Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and patient portal Collect payments and assist with billing-related questions Coordinate provider schedules and daily office operations Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Ability to work in-person in Dallas, TX (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Mental health or psychiatric office experience preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week In-person position Occasional overtime opportunities may be available based on clinic needs and patient volume
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience 1099 Independent Contractor position (no benefits provided)
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
