Medical scheduler of Appointments and referral

We are looking for a bilingual Medical Scheduler with a focus on Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery to join our team. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a thorough understanding of different insurances and patient's needs. The successful candidate will deliver high quality results and prioritize customer service to ensure the best possible experience for both patients and the medical team.

Responsibilities:

Manage all appointments to ensure patients' needs are met. Be able to communicate clearly and concisely with employees, scheduling assistants, and patients. Manage incoming calls from patients and physicians. Maintain appointment schedule, coordinate with staff members. Exercise independent judgment in scheduling appointments. Communicate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and ancillary staff members. Record patient information accurately.

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
