Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Weekend Treatment Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth treatment operations during weekend hours. This energetic position is perfect for individuals with a passion for healthcare, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate treatment schedules, communicate with patients and providers, and provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless weekend operations. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Coordinate treatment appointments and schedules, confirming patient availability and provider assignments Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and appointment details using medical office software Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding patient needs, scheduling adjustments, and treatment updates Assist with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information, processing paperwork, and managing patient files Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations in all documentation and communication Support the overall flow of the clinic by managing front desk duties, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries efficiently Experience Previous experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures enhances your ability to support clinical staff effectively Proven skills in medical administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and patient communication Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting Experience in dental office settings is a plus but not required; strong administrative skills are essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional patient care on weekends!
