Job Description

We're looking for a part time Medical Receptionist to join our team at a newly open clinic. This is a customer service position requiring exceptional medical knowledge and customer service skills, and candidates must have experience with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of professional medical knowledge, friendliness and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, screens calls, and takes messages. Be the face of the medical practice. Schedule appointments. Manage the workflow of the office. Give high-fidelity patient information to healthcare providers. Handle basic laboratory tests.
