Our office space creates a calm, relaxing environment to optimize patient outcomes. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your treatment, please do not hesitate to bring them up in session, via our patient portal, or by calling the clinic. Furthermore, Dr. Pedraza is connected with well-regarded counselors, therapists, and psychologists in the area who can provide ongoing services. Work under the instruction of a provider assisting with vitals and patient care. Develop professional, lasting relationships with our patients throughout the duration of those treatments. Keep patients on scheduled and punctual schedule and monitor/report changes in patients to physicians. We pride ourselves on providing our patients with positive and motivational support during their treatment.
Schedule:
M-F (Rotational Saturdays may be required).
Minimum qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliability
  • Must pass a background check upon higher Preferred qualifications
  • Associates degree in communications, marketing, business, psychology, or pre-med or equivalent experience in related field
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Fun and collaborative office environment.
TMS certification is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Screen patients for patient intake. Answer phones and direct calls to the proper location. Compile and input medical information into computer system. Interact with insurance companies. Checks medical histories for completeness. Handle correspondence between doctors and patients. Schedule doctor appointments and meetings.
