As a privately owned dental practice, we value professionalism, compassion, and efficiency in every aspect of care. To welcome the right addition to our team, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. About the Role This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. As the first and last point of contact for patients, you'll help create a positive, organized, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask confidently are essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and daily calendars Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling updates Verify insurance information and explain benefits clearly Review treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Collect payments and support billing processes Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience preferred Experience with Dentrix or comparable dental software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-focused approach Schedule & Benefits Full-time position, Monday through Friday No weekends required Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants Supportive and team-oriented privately owned practice If you enjoy creating a welcoming patient experience, thrive in an organized environment, and take pride in helping a practice run efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
