dental receptionist and insurance verification

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused team member to handle insurance verification and treatment planning coordination . This role is critical in helping patients understand their benefits and move forward with treatment confidently. Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO plans primarily) Break down coverage and accurately estimate patient portions Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Coordinate with front desk and clinical team for case acceptance Follow up on pending treatments and unscheduled patients Submit pre-authorizations when needed Ensure accuracy of insurance information in practice software Qualifications Minimum 1 year dental office experience preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance (PPOs, breakdowns, limitations) Experience with treatment planning and case presentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable discussing finances with patients Preferred Experience Open Dental (or similar software) Please call or text Tracie to schedule phone or online interview 817-874-6164 or Dr Patel 201-665-5556.
