Role Description We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Dental Front Desk role in a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role requires providing excellent customer service, assisting patients with inquiries and payments, and collaborating with dental staff to create a welcoming environment.
