Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar using AdvancedMD or similar software. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Collect patient information and ensure all documentation is completed accurately in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a medical or MedSpa office setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is essential. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment. High school diploma or equivalent;
Bilingual:
