Partners In Therapy is a physical therapy partnership that serves the Greater Northeast Houston area with 6 evidence-based physical therapy practices that provide comprehensive evaluations, treatments, and prevention strategies for general orthopedic-related injuries to the spine and extremities, and specialized upper extremity care. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a PRN Medical Receptionist to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy, part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Medical Receptionist to work in a positive, team-oriented clinic environment. 
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedQualificationsCompensation $12 -$16 hourly High school graduate or equivalentPrevious medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic, with a focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional Information 401kEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
